  • All custom orders are final once approved for production

It is your responsibility to review all order details, including design, spelling, colors, and quantities before final submission. We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time
  • Payment must be completed before production begins
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

5. Turnaround Time & Shipping

We strive to offer fast turnaround times. However:

  • Production times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control
  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping information

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All custom orders are non-refundable
  • We will replace or fix orders that arrive damaged or defective
